I was introduced to MARCUS ANTONIUS JANSEN’S<\/span> work in 2013, it immediately brought to mind the British artist, Francis Bacon. Bacon produced some of the most iconic images of wounded and traumatized humanity in post-war art. Jansen’s work is also post-war art expressed as the result of trauma and the socialization of urban living.<\/span><\/p>\n
