Professor Lang has traveled to Ghana, West Africa and was involved in developing a Study Abroad Program to Africa. He was seeking partnerships and collaborations with organizations that share his interests in building cultural and educational bridges between Americans and Africans.Professor Lang is also an accomplished visual artist, who has been practicing his craft for over thirty years. His chosen medium of artistic expression is leather. He has developed a line of wearable art accessories as well as a body of sculptural forms. He has exhibited in venues across the United States. His work can be found in the collections of the National Afro-American Museum and Cultural Center in Wilberforce, Ohio, the Coach Leather Collection in NYC, University of Maryland and several private collections.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
