I think it’s so important that artists and art critics be culturally represented. There is so much rich history we can learn from people of other cultures, and black art really demonstrates that. My friend is looking to set up an art exhibit in her community. I’ll have to recommend that she look for black art in her area to display as evidence of a culturally rich culture and an amazing people.
